Under the Mulberry Trees is a visionary study of one of the most traditional and densely populated districts of Naples’ historic center: Montecalvario. These images depict an existential space revealed within the crevices of daily life, poised between folkloric spectacle and the social marginality of the neighborhood’s inhabitants. The inhabitants have inherited—to borrow the words of Walter Benjamin and Asja Lacis—the “porosity” of tuff, the volcanic stone used to build much of the ancient city center. This property lies in the ability to absorb fluids without altering its original structure: a capacity to withstand exogenous phenomena without ever losing integrity. The shifting of places is accompanied by the changing faces of those who inhabit them: entities that carry us back through the years—an aging transsexual, a sailor, an ancient relic weathered by the elements—or that remain fixed in an eternal silence, as if embodying an archetype.

360° UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Türkiye was born from a desire to experience and share Türkiye’s cultural heritage from a different perspective. Over many years of travel and photography, I documented all 22 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Türkiye through 360-degree spherical photography. Rather than simply recording monuments, the project places viewers within each landscape, inviting them to explore the sites and discover details in every direction. The book brings together history, architecture, archaeology, nature, and contemporary photography through an immersive visual language. It is both a personal photographic journey and an invitation to engage more deeply with Türkiye’s extraordinary heritage. By presenting these remarkable places through an accessible and immersive perspective, the project seeks to encourage appreciation, curiosity, and a greater sense of responsibility toward preserving these irreplaceable cultural landscapes for future generations.

The Hour al-Azim Wetland is more than a landscape; it is a living intersection of nature, culture, and industry. Through this book, I sought to reveal the fragile relationship between an ancient ecosystem and the people whose lives are deeply intertwined with it. Over a year and a half of fieldwork on both the Iranian and Iraqi sides of the wetland, I photographed its biodiversity, communities, and changing landscapes—not simply to document what is being lost, but to preserve a sense of what is still alive. Ultimately, this book is an invitation to listen to what the Hour al-Azim Wetland is still telling us.
