Terms & Conditions
1. You confirm that the submitted images are your own original work and that you hold full copyright on the same.
2. You grant Zyne magazine a royalty-free, non-exclusive and revocable limited-purpose rights to reproduce and publish your images for editorial, promotional, and marketing purposes related to the competition.
3. You agree not to submit any material that violates intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright), privacy rights or any other rights of any third party, or contains offensive, unlawful, or defamatory content.
4. Zyne Magazine reserves the right to: (i) reject entries that do not meet submission rules; (ii) reassign your entries to a more suitable category, if necessary; (iii) disqualify participants for misconduct, plagiarism, or providing false information or AI generated images.
5. Late submissions or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
6. Copyright in all images remains entirely with you as the photographer.
7. By submitting, you grant Zyne magazine a non-exclusive and non-revocable right to publish, exhibit, and promote the images both in print and digital media, on our websites, blog, and social media platforms, solely in connection with this competition, including promotion of your work and Zyne awards. The magazine will always provide due credit to you when your work is published or showcased.
8. Decisions of the jury are final and binding. No correspondence regarding results will be entertained.
9. Submission of entries constitutes consent to all the above rules and terms.
10. Any disputes in relation to Zyne Awards shall be first resolved by amicable discussions and ultimatley goeverned by laws of India and be subject to the courts in Mumbai.
