By submitting a work to Zyne Awards, the creator grants Zyne magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted work solely for purposes related to:
- Award evaluation and jury review;
- Editorial features and publications;
- Display on the Zyne Awards website, Zyne magazine, Creative Genes blog and official platforms, including social media handles (collectively, “Zyne“);
- Promotion, announcements, and marketing of Zyne Awards, and
- Archival and historical record-keeping.
This license is limited strictly to Zyne’s activities and does not permit commercial resale or third-party licensing without the creator’s explicit written consent.
3. Use of Website Content
No part of the Website Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Zyne Awards, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
4. Attribution
Wherever submitted works are displayed or published, Zyne Awards will make reasonable efforts to credit the creator. Failure to provide attribution due to technical or editorial constraints does not constitute a waiver of copyright.
