By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

The Site is operated and maintained by Zyne magazine (www.zynemag.com). We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You grant Zyne Awards a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content on the Site or in promotional materials related to the awards and competitions.

Participation in the Zyne International Photography Awards (ZIPA) is subject to specific Submission Rules and Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated from time to time. You agree to comply with all requirements, including file formats, originality, image rights, and deadlines as stipulated in those rules.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. Use of personal information must comply with applicable data protection laws.
