Terms & Conditions
1. You confirm that the submitted images are your own original work and that you hold full copyright.
2. You grant ISPVA and Zyne magazine a royalty-free license to reproduce and publish your images for editorial, promotional, and marketing purposes related to the competition.
3. You agree not to submit any material that violates the copyright or rights of any third party or contains offensive, unlawful, or defamatory content.
4. Zyne Magazine reserves the right to: (i) reject entries that do not meet submission guidelines; (ii) reassign entries to a suitable category if necessary; (iii) disqualify participants for misconduct, plagiarism, or providing false information.
5. Late submissions or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.
6. Copyright remains entirely with the photographer.
7. By submitting, the photographer grants ISPVA and Zyne Magazine a non-exclusive right to publish, exhibit, and promote the images in print, on the website, and across social media platforms in connection with this competition. The magazine will always provide due credit to the photographer when their work is published or showcased.
8. Decisions of the jury are final and binding. No correspondence regarding results will be entertained.
9. Submission of entries constitutes consent to all the above rules and terms.
10. Any disputes in relation to Zyne Awards shall be first resolved by amicable discussions and ultimatley goeverned by laws of India and be subject to courts in Mumbai.
